Business area Food Ingredients Food Ingredients is our largest business area and primarily offers solutions to the bakery, dairy, special nutrition, and foodservice industries. The business area reported strong organic growth in 2017 and we are gaining market shares. There was a particularly high growth in speciality and semi-speciality solutions.
